Our Purpose
The Center will provide for its members unique services designed to create a competitive advantage in today’s marketplace for businesses and the people who lead them. Participants have access to a Leadership Summit each year that features world-class speakers. Additionally, The Center’s staff will travel to your business and provide customized services engineered to improve your team’s performance and your company’s bottom line.
The Center was founded in early 2007. It is dedicated to helping business leaders focus on building and maintaining a people-centered, culture-driven workplace. The Center’s philosophy is built upon four guiding pillars and principles: culture, leadership, wellness and execution.

The Center hosted its first Leadership Conference in Frisco, Texas. Keynote presentations were delivered by Dr. Kenneth Cooper and Dr. Stephen R. Covey.
